If you’re not happy with the goods, you can return them or exchange them for other goods FREE OF CHARGE within 14 days from the date of your purchase. The goods you want to return or exchange must not be damaged or destroyed, and must have all the original labels and tags.
Exchange in a store
You can also exchange goods in any Husky branded store. Using the form below, you simply select which products from your order you want to return and which products you want to be got ready for you in the selected store. As soon as the goods are ready in the store, we’ll let you know that you can drop into the store and exchange the goods.
Quick exchange free of charge
The quick exchange of goods can be carried out immediately on this page. Simply select which products from your order you want to return and which products you want to be sent. Immediately after being confirmed, your new order will be sent to the warehouse for handling. Quick exchanges are done through a selected Zásilkovna point.
Exchange with delivery to your house
The exchange of goods with home delivery is arranged by a Husky operator on working days. On this page you can create a request to exchange the goods from your order. This will subsequently be sent for processing. Then we’ll send you the goods you have requested to receive in exchange through DPD, free of charge, to the address you select. At the same time, we’ll pick up the goods you want to exchange.
